Terms of Use

Last updated: October 23, 2026

By using PocketNum you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. A reference service, not a lottery

PocketNum publishes lottery results and related information for convenience only. We are not affiliated with any state lottery, the Multi-State Lottery Association, Powerball, Mega Millions, or any government agency. We do not sell tickets, accept entries, or pay prizes.

2. Accuracy of results

We take care to publish correct winning numbers, jackpot amounts and draw dates, but we cannot guarantee that every figure is complete, current or error-free. The official records of the relevant state lottery are the only authoritative source. Always verify winning tickets with the official state lottery before discarding a ticket or relying on a result, and observe the claim deadline that applies in that state. We accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on information on this site.

3. Age restrictions — play responsibly

Lottery games are gambling products restricted by law. You must be 18 years of age or older to play the lottery in most states, and 21 or older in some states (including for some games and retailers) — the law of the state where the ticket is sold applies. This site is intended for adults who are legally permitted to play.

Play responsibly: a lottery ticket is entertainment, not an investment or a way to make money. Set a limit and keep to it. If gambling stops being fun, help is available free and confidentially in the US from the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the site for personal, lawful purposes only.
• Do not present results from this site as official, and do not use the PocketNum name or content to mislead others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive rates, or compromise the site.

5. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and layout belong to PocketNum. Lottery game names and state lottery names belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the games and results.

6. External links

Links to official lottery websites are provided for verification and claims. We are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
